Today, I had another appointment with my family doctor whom I believed had found satisfaction in his societal role. I was anxious to update him briefly and quickly everything about me. Entering his consultation room, I cheerfully greeted him: "Haven't seen you for months, how are you?!"
"Your eyes beam - a sight I don't see from my other patients." My family doctor remarked smilingly. "Oh! Good to know, and I see what you mean. Recently, I've begun helping poor people in trouble; exceeding their expectations, they thanked me with their beaming eyes!" I echoed.
"You look very happy - you must be satisfied with what you do in life." He observed. "Yes, " I nodded. "I also share my world views via my blogs, connect with my family, do physical exercises and have not stopped learning and creating." I elaborated. "You've good quality of life!" He commented.
"Yes, I've also become a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) on travel and food matters..." I continued. Reflecting on my life, the degree of having the ability to lead a good one physically, morally and intellectually - my Quality Of Life (QOL) - is what I am after. And I sing: "I can't get no, satisfaction..."
