Sharing a table with an OLD MAN (70s) sitting opposite him, Peter is having fried rice. Then he hears a MAN's shout.
MAN (O.S.)
(Rudely)
Eat your stuff! Don't
stare at me!
The old man is stunned. Discreetly turning his head, Peter has a glimpse of a MAN (20) in black walking past him.
PETER (V.O.)
The man in black is
charged and sounds
as if he's in charge...

As they're irrational
and negative, their
behaviour can't be
predicted.

is to stay away from

Peter is court, prosecuting.

The accused is taken down to cell.

EXT. SWIMMING POOL ENTRANCE - DAY
Closed. Looking frustrated, Peter walks close to the gate to read a notice.

Emergency? Yes,
now, everybody begins
see how negative the
rioters can be...

normal. The sun shines

EXT. PEDESTRIAN FLYOVER - DAY
Seeing some Bauhinia flowers on one side, Peter stops to take a few photos.

The flower that represents
Hong Kong is not fragrant
at all.
Looking at traffic on the other side, Peter is attracted to something.

A woman in black is
directing traffic?
We hear motorcycle sounds and then see a motorcycle coming up from the wrong direction of a tunnel.

Wow, this is dangerous
driving...Oh, the motorcyclist
is in black...Oh, he uses
his motorcycle to block
cars getting into the tunnel.
Oh, where're the traffic
Police?
INT. PARK, LAGUNA CITY - DAY
Sunset. Many CHILDREN (not yet in their teens) play joyfully with their carers.
PETER (V.O.)
Having seen the wicked
ones today, it's really
refreshing to see the
young and innocent.
Peter checks a message.
PETER (V.O,) (Cont'd) The Police will take
a tougher stand from
today? Then they're in a better position to predict
the unpredictable!
