FADE IN.

INT. SITTING ROOM - NIGHT

Quiet. Then, some unlocking sounds. KAJI becomes alert and goes near the door.

KAJI (V.O.)

Who 's coming back?

As the door is slowly opened, Kaji sees PETER and a GANG MEMBER pushing in their baggage.

KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd)

I haven't seen you two

and the others for many

days. I feel so alone.

Kaji sniffs their trousers.

KAJI(V.O.) (Cont'd)

Oh my God! I can

smell the scent

of a woman. Have

you two been seeing

someone?

Kaji looks unhappy.

INT. SITTING ROOM - DAY

As soon as Peter sits on a sofa, Kaji comes forward to lick Peter's lips and his face, again and again.

KAJI (V.O.)

I'm better than any

others. I want you to

feel it!

Taking out his phone, Peter checks the images a Shiba Inu.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd)

That isn't me! She

isn't pretty.

As Peter taps the images, the Gang Member comes out from a sleeping room.

PETER

(To Gang Member)

I'm able to locate the

spot where we met

up with the Shiba

Inu in Ginsen Onsen.

It was so good to

draw a parallel between

her in snow-covered

grounds and our darling...

Kaji looks bewildered.

KAJI (V.O.)

Can't figure out what

it was all about. What's

clear is that they

haven't got anything

to hide.

They'd have met

relatives somewhere

and carry her scent

home.

EXT. PET GARDEN - DAY

Kaji, the PACK LEADER and Peter are mingling with Kaji's friends.

Yes! That must be it!

Kaji then rests her head on Peter's laps.

Relaxed, Kaji begins to doze off.
