  6. Seeing the half-collapsed main gate, Peter nods.

  7. PETER: Does it open later today?

  8. STAFF: Yes, come back after dinner!

  9. PETER (V.O.): It's fortunate that I didn't rush here before driving my wife to work.

  10. Checking his phone screen.

  11. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Let me edit my Quora answer and post it. Someone is asking me if she should give up on a stressful goal.

  26. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, the experienced arbitrator talks about the drawbacks of arbitrating in Hong Kong. While users pay high fees to arbitrators, inexperienced arbitrators can hardly access to the system.

  27. Listening.

  28. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The speaker remarks that the drawbacks are due to arbitrators' serving their own short-term self-interest.

  29. Pausing.

  30. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, the speaker has done hundreds of arbitration in Hong Kong.

  31. Thinking.

  32. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's why it's really hard for Hong Kong to promote the service now.

  46. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, I've got an assignment. My secretary asks me to block my diary. I'd better not to respond now or she might call me up.

  47. Later, he hears a call.

  48. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's from my contractor. I've got to take it.

  49. Disappearing from the iPad Minis' cameras for a short moment, Peter returns to his spot.
