  18. Recalling.

  19. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In 1998, I was working here as a Deputy Secretary for Constitutional Affairs. I didn't have time for lunch.

  20. Then, his WIFE appears smilingly.

  21. WIFE: What a surprise you'd have lunch with me! Let me take you to an eatery at IFC.

  27. PETER (V.O.): Tourists are visiting Hong Kong. The compact Hong Kong make us eat together.

  28. When dim sum is put on the table, Peter's wife interacts with the man to ensure that they don't consume other's orders inadvertently.

  29. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My wife likes to ensure everything is in order.

  30. Peter's wife helps Peter with the dim sum before Peter reciprocates.

  31. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Let the young couple witness how an old couple in Hong Kong would treat each other.

  32. Later, Peter tries to grab the bill but is deterred by his wife.

  33. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Let me do it. You're so nice to have lunch with me...

  41. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've never seen this before! The name of the subject is the same as my wife's.

  42. Seeing an explanatory board nearby, Peter studies it.

  43. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Ah, the Picasso paintings in glass are from a private collection.

  44. Studying.

  45. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): How nice it is to have such a free artful dessert here!

  46. Pausing.

  47. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I know "Stressed" is "Dessert spelled backwards"
