PETER is seeing his WIFE off.
PETER: Oh, today is Friday. The workweek goes fast.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.): I haven't finished my week's work objectives yet.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Today is the last stock trading day of the week, I'd better manage my investment.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't want to feel bad with my financial project during the week end.
Peter nods.
Act 2
INT. STUDY - 9:20
Smartphone in hand, Peter checks stock price alerts.
PETER (V.O.): Some of the stocks that I bought without analyses have gone record low.
Peter clicks a "buying-power" icon.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've little money to average down my investment. I've to be discreet in caring my pain point.
Peter does his orders via his smartphone.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Now, I can continue to follow the BIP Asia Forum.
Having set up his iPad Mini, Peter also turns on the TV and an internet radio.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Not all speakers communicate effectively; not all songs are music to ears, and not all news are worth noting.
Meanwhile, Peter does his decluttering.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): If others are to decide what to keep, would the job be easier or more difficult?
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't know how many insurance policies and trust funds I have and where are all the documents.
INT. DINING ROOM - 12:45
Peter is having soup noodles as the family PET looks on.
PETER : I don't even have time to have a decent lunch. Nothing for you by the way.
PETER (V.O.): But for the on-line arrangement, I should be attending the BIP Asia Forum at the Convention & Exhibition Centre in person.
INT. BUSINESS SCHOOL, HKUST - 14:00
HKUST Entrepreneurship Portfolio Showcase. Peter is seated in the front row.
PETER (V.O.): Showing support aside, I wish to know how entrepreneurial businesses can be?
ENTREPRENEURS showcase their portfolios one after another. Seven presentations in seven minutes each.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): They all communicate well their value propositions. As a non-techie, I envy them and the entrepreneurship funds they get.
When the showcasing ends, Peter retreats into a smaller room, sets up his iPad Mini and joins a Zoom meeting.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's how I can attend two HKUST activities in the same Friday afternoon.
Having done the Zoom meeting, Peter checks the numerals in his investment list.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's my own entrepreneurship fund. I'm taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): If I can't analyse, predict and manage my stock portfolio well, how can I have the capacity to act on any mega project?
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In 2011, I championed the concept of international Intellectual Property Trading via Hong Kong, China.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I had some support of my value proposition. But there wasn't any entrepreneurship fund for the mega public project.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I was also far ahead of time, not just a little.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's why we're still talking about it after 10 years.
Act 3
INT- STUDY - 18.00
Via his iPad Mini, Peter is listening to a pre-recorded webinar of the BIP Asia Forum.
PETER (V.O.): The time-shifting option allows for flexibility. I haven't missed anything.
Peter takes another look of his entrepreneurship fund on his smartphone.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Fortunately, the prices of the stocks that have hit rock-bottom don't stay there all the time.
Smiling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've lesser negative gains than before. Happy Friday!

Peter welcomes his wife home.
PETER: Holliday mood?
WIFE: Can't you see the files in my bag?
