Kaji: Omega Self

FADE IN.

Act 1

INT. SITTING ROOM - DAY

Sitting on her sofa, KAJI observes the PACK LEADER sleeping in a massage chair.

KAJI (V.O.): That's the best resting area for the pack leader. She's the most dominant one - the alpha female at home.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter seldom sits there. He's a beta male.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've the hunch that the pack leader and Peter will take me out for a walk soon.

Waking up, the pack leader gets Kaji's harness and puts it on for her carefully.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Yes. I've got the predictive power.

Coming out from the sleeping room, PETER sees Kaji on a harness.

PETER: Kai Kai again?

Kaji looks at Peter dismissively.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I knew you'd join us.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't seem to have a powerful role at home though. Am I an omega member at home?

ACT 2

EXT. PET GARDEN - DAY

Having obeyed the calls of nature, Kaji plays with her FRIENDS, for a while.

KAJI (V.O.): They're young and inexperienced. There isn't an alpha male here to initiate the pack's activities.

Kaji jumps up onto a bench to sit, as the pack leader and Peter are watching.

PACK LEADER: She isn't playful and sociable.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): True. There's nothing for us to hunt together here. There's no need for me to hunt at all.

PETER: She's looks human sitting on the bench.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I am not sexually active though, as there isn't an alpha male around. I just enjoy my omega self.

PACK LEADER: She's so content not to play any role in the pet garden.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Not quite. I observe that while humans walk on the ground like we do, they don't sit on the ground. They sit on benches. I could be the pack's alpha female here.

Kaji opens her mouth wide.

PETER: Her mouth is as wide as a Hollywood star.

Peter takes a photo of Kaji.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): My Hollywood-star-like posture must look good.

Checking the image of his phone, Peter smiles.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But when I close my mouth, I open my mind.

A beat.

PACK LEADER: If she doesn't like to mingle with her friends here, let us go elsewhere.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): For adventures, I'm outgoing. Both you and Peter can rely on me.

They leave the garden.

EXT. ROADS - NIGHT

While crossing a road, Kaji suddenly stops to make her wet-dog shakes.

PACK LEADER: Come on, be quick! Cars may come anytime.

KAJI (V.O.): I've never had such worry. I know you and Peter will take good care of my security.

Act 3

INT. SLEEPING ROOM - NIGHT

Kaji, the pack leader and Peter are sleeping together. Occasionally, Peter uses his legs to touch Kaji's body.

KAJI (V.O.): We comfort each other. We sleep in the same bed. We sit on the same bench in the garden...

Kaji takes a look at Peter and the pack leader.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): We're so bonded to each other. They treat me as a family member, and I treat them the same.

Thinking.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Are they domesticating me? Or am I domesticating them?

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Even as an omega female at home, I've soft and predictive powers.

Kaji sleeps sweetly.
