  22. Pausing.

  23. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Recently, my wife has arranged to replace the batteries of some of my watches.

  33. Pausing.

  34. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Some may say that good stuff take time. But I see that as an excuse for being late.

  38. WIFE (From phone): I was on time.

  40. INT. OFFICE - AFTERNOON

  41. Peter talks to a STAFF at the reception.

  42. STAFF: The client hasn't shown up yet.

  43. PETER (V.O.): I'm early. Early isn't dissimilar from on time, as on time carries the risk of being late.

  44. Peter checks his phone time.

  45. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's already time for the conference. I charge by the minute.

  46. Later, the staff makes a call to someone.

  48. PETER (V.O.): Enjoying public-funded legal assistance in Hong Kong, the client simply doesn't care.

  49. Pausing.

  50. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): For the client, time is particularly free. But for me, time is particularly valuable.

  52. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Not the money I charge. But my time is running short.

  53. Act 3

  54. INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT

  56. PETER (V.O.): Time, though illusive, is what every being wants. It reflects the value of life actually.

  57. Pausing.

  58. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): While time waits for nobody, I take great care of my time.

  59. Pausing.

  60. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): If we can't manage time, we can manage nothing.

  61. Pausing.

  62. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): How to use time timely defines who we're.
