  1. FADE IN

  2. Act 1

  3. INT. BEDROOM - 08:15

  4. Waking up, PETER rubs his hands together, massages his scalp, nose, ears, stomach and soles of both feet.

  5. PETER (V.O.): Months ago, someone shared a video clip on first morning exercises one should do to live healthy.

  6. Peter then rolls his eyes 360 degrees in one direction and then the other.

  7. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): When I first did my eye exercises like this, I felt strongly that my eyes became less tense.

  8. Peter then stands up straight, keeps his arms parallel and brings his palms together overhead.

  9. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): This is like a dancing posture, lining up the horizontal blocks and the vertical lines of the body.

  10. Like each of his morning exercises, Peter maintains his posture for one minute.

  11. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've been doing these exercises, believing they can't be bad to me.

  12. Recalling.

  13. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Now, I know I'm generating heat, energy and vibrations.

  14. Act 2

  15. INT. STUDY - 09:15

  16. On his smart phone screen, Peter taps "Apple-Fm".

  17. PETER (V.O.): No sound from the speakers?

  18. Grabbing two Bluetooth speakers, Peter presses their "stereo link" buttons and touches the cover fabric.

  19. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can feel some vibrations.

  20. As Peter presses the speakers' "+" buttons, we hear music with extra-bass sounds.

  21. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I wasn't interested in understanding vibrations until days ago.

  22. Recalling.

  23. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): A Quoran asked me about the relationship between vibration and motivation.

  24. Pausing.

  25. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): She didn't understand why motivational speakers liked to ask the audience to keep their vibrations high.

  26. Pausing.

  27. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I didn't know either, and so I looked deep into that.

  28. Recalling.

  29. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The concept of spiritual vibration is based on physics.

  30. Recalling.

  31. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): About 99% of the body is made up of atoms of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen.

  32. Recalling.

  33. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): While most cells in the body regenerate every 7-15 years, particles made up of those cells have actually existed for billion years.

  34. Pausing.

  35. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As bodily matters in constant motion, people are made up of energies vibrating at various frequencies.

  36. Pausing.

  37. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): So the motivational speakers used the vibration analogy to persuade the audience to use their will to energize, vibrate and move from low frequencies to higher ones.

  38. EXT. ESTATE PARK - 13:00

  39. Rainy. Jogging along a track, Peter sees a small pool. He stops to observe rain drops and ripples.

  40. PETER (V.O.): Everything is energy, frequency and vibration. This isn't spiritual. This is physics.

  41. Pausing.

  42. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Am I in sync with nature?

  43. INT. STUDY - 14:00

  44. Putting aside a book, Peter is in thoughts.

  45. PETER (V.O.): As I think, I vibrate. The only difference between me and another is the rate of vibration or frequency.

  46. Thinking .

  47. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As I vibrate, I attract too. I use my thoughts and emotions to dictate what I want to attract into my life.

  48. Pausing.

  49. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Can I deploy these laws of vibration and attraction to delay aging or even to rejuvenate my body?

  50. Act 3

  51. INT. BEDROOM - 23:45

  52. We hear the RTHK program "A Sentimental Journey".

  53. PETER (V.O.): That I'm attracted to music must be due to its harmonic and resonating vibrations.

  54. Pausing.

  55. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As part of nature in motion, the vibrations I'm orchestrating should at least energize my microcosm.

  56. Pausing.

  57. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Would one positive thought generate millions of positive vibrations?

  58. Rubbing his eyes a little, Peter goes to bed.

  59. THE END

  60. FADE OUT
