Act 1
INT. BEDROOM - 08:00
Soft morning light filters through the curtains. PETER stirs awake.
PETER (V.O.): Another day. I can sleep reasonably well even things feel heavy.
He glances the other side of the bed, where his wife's pillow lies untouched.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I focus on the day ahead.
Peter slowly gets out of bed.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Sleeping is as important as exercising.
Peter takes a look of his swim bag.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Without being asked, our maid took the initiative to pack the scattered cotton buds for me.
Peter goes to the bathroom.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I appreciate her kindness; she can tell I'm navigating a difficult time.
Act 2
EXT. SILVERSTRAND PUBLIC CAR PARK - 13:00
Nearly empty. Driving his silver Euons 30X, Peter arrives.
PETER (V.O.): I received a ticket once here as I was a few minutes late to pick up the car.
Peter scans the vacant metered lots.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I shouldn't park near the entrance.
Then, a STRANGER next to a car waves over with a friendly gesture.
STRANGER: Hey there! You can park here.
Peter nods.
PETER (V.O.): He's passing on a good deed.
The stranger climbs into his car and drives off. Peter waves in gratitute.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I must thank him.
After parking his car, Peter checks the meter and sees he has 44 minutes remaining before it expires.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): What compels someone to help a stranger? There's a connection, a shared humanity...
EXT. SILVERSTRAND BAY - 13:30
After emerging from the water, Peter encounters a SWIMMER who chats with him.
SWIMMER: The water is clear and calm today.
PETER: Yes, no red flag, and the sun isn't too bright.
PETER (V.O.): I feel warmed, even for a short chat.
As Peter walks toward the changing room, a public annoucement echoes: Don't swim alone.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I know it's risky to swim alone, but I've no alternative.
INT. PHONE REPAIR SHOP - 18:00
Peter approaches the sole PROPRIETOR.
PETER: Hi Dicky, I believe the spare parts for my Nokia have arrived.
DICKY: Yes.
Dicky begins to work on Peter's Nokia skilfully.
DICKY (Cont'd): Did you travel anywhere during Easter?
PETER: No, for a retiree, every day feels like a holiday.
DICKY: I haven't opened business as there're very few customers.
PETER: But you've fixed costs to cover.
DICKY: That's true...
PETER (V.O.): As his loyal customer, I never ask about the cost. It feels right to trust him.
Later, Peter pays a small fee and exits the shop, just as another CUSTOMER arrives for Dicky's services.
EXT. RIVERSIDE PARK - 18:30
Peter enters.
PETER (V.O.): See if I run into my wife while walking our family pet here.
Peter sees what he expects, but his WIFE reacts as if he were a complete stranger.
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 21:30
Peter inserts an AI drawing titled: "Small Gestures, Big Impact..." to a draft on his laptop.
PETER (V.O): It's the little things that matter most; a kind word or a thoughtful action can ignite joy in the darkest moments.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): The simplest gesture - a wave - can have the biggest impact on someone's heart.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Small gestures are the quiet heros of our daily lives, proving that kindness is the most powerful force we possess.
