"How can I learn well and fast?" was my great challenge when I was in my formative years, as different domains have different concept, structure and details. And among them, there are commonalities and differences eg management and administration, exercise of authority and leadership. Often, knowledge is not systematically exposed causing confusion, not to mention contributing to the knowledge base.
Knowledge are facts, information or skills transferred via education or acquired through experience, the theoretical and practical understanding of domains. A system is a set of principles, rules and processes according to which something is done by actors or institutions. A well-defined issue or problem should help find a well-defined solution similar to the use of algorithmic and heuristic processes to compute and analyse knowledge.
The processes of, or activities in, running any institution is administration or management. While administration aims at capturing and delivering value from available resources, management focuses on monitoring the actors and their work performance. Strategy is a plan to solve a problem or attain an objective, to accomplish a mission (eg seizing opportunities to optimize strength), or a vision (eg transforming an institution into something new).
The exercise of authority is the legal or bureaucratic right to command, use or put into effect an objective or goal, and any disobedience or insubordination may attract sanctions. The exercise of leadership is to influence others to think and do things otherwise they would not think and do through effective persuasion. I believe anyone (and robots too) can learn such concept, structure and details in the general and expert knowledge domains and become intelligent!
