In the Brink of an Eye

We brink once around every four seconds and an average eye brink is about .27 second. In that space of brinking time, around 17,550 Google searches are made. From the romantic perspective, what is good in life - like family and happiness - happens in the brink of an eye.

Despite preparation, it is common that something odd may stand in our way. Whenever I find myself in insurmountable situations, I have learned not to attempt the impossible, but simply brink my eyes. The challenges would go away, and I beat my nightmares.

Conversely, when I am having sweet dreams (particularly with someone I could only see and interact in my dreams) but am disturbed and become wakeful, I would quickly close my eyes, immerge myself in the dream sequences again and try to dream on. Sometimes, I would succeed.

From creation to procreation to recreation, life stages happen as if in the brink of an eye. Re-listening to the oldies reminds me of my young bygone days. When I look at myself in the mirror and brink my eyes, my old look does not go away, and fortunately, my teenage heart also remains!
