INT. BEDROOM - 11:00
Morning light filters through the curtains. Sitting up in bed, PETER observes his sleeping WIFE with gentle eyes.
PETER (V.O): In the K-drama "Encounter" we watched recently, there's a scene about the characters, lost in a moment of intimacy in bed.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): They imagine what it'd be like to wake up next to each other every day.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Yes, just the simple joy of being together.
Peter stares at his wife's hair spilling over the pillow .
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): We've married for over 30 years...but my heart is swelled with affection.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): She understands that I'm not young anymore and I don't have to dye my hair.
Act 2

Peter and his WIFE are watching a TV interview with a doctor.
PETER: The doctor is talking about pancreatic cancer...one of our relatives got it...
WIFE: Our son-in-law's father...He managed to live for a year after operation.
We hear from the screen:...cancer is prevalent among older adults...
PETER (V.O.): I know...I believe swimming in the sea can boost my immune system.
The interview ends.
PETER: I'm going to swim now.
PETER (V.O): I feel a sense of urgency to connect with nature and strength my body.
EXT. SILVERSTRAND BAY -14:30
Waves crashing against the shore. A red flag is flying in the wind.
PETER (V.O): I'm not deterred. I'm determined to embrace the vitality of life, despite the risks.
We hear a public announcement, warning swimmers of the dangerous conditions.
INT. SUPER SUPER - 15:30
Peter is having Wonton Noodles and Red Bean Ice.
PETER (V.O): I'll have an early dinner with my wife around 6pm today.
INT. MTR CABIN - 17:45
Crowded. Peter stands close to his wife, their bodies swaying gently with the movement of the train.
PETER (V.O): I feel a sense of comfort in our proximity.
As the train approaches a station, Peter places his hand gently on his wife's shoulder.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): To save my wife's trouble to glance around if I can catch up.
INT. GANSO SUSHI - 18.15
Dishes arrive in front of Peter and his wife from a sushi train.
PETER: You've got to finish them quick...your Korean class will begin shortly.
PETER (V.O): For the last class, we studied together. But I failed...I could only eat with my wife now.
INT. LIVING ROOM - 20:00
Peter is listening to an internet radio:..this is Radio Pig...
PETER (V.O): I choose this radio because of its name.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Why there're very few romantic screenplays that focus on married couples and explore their relationships beyond wedding?
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Over time, routlines and responsibilities lead to lack of excitement and spontaneity, diminishing romance.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Managing work, finances, and family can take the toll on a couple's emotional connection, leaving less time and energy for romance.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Misunderstanding or unresolved conflicts create distance, making it harder to maintain the romantic spark.
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 21:15
Peter inserts an AI drawing entitled "From Routine to Romance..." to a draft in his laptop.
PETER (V.O): Experience routine in relationships isn't uncommon. However, romance can be rekindled.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): With intentionality, romance can be sought in everyday sharing activities like watching K-dramas or going places together.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I try to spend more quality time with my wife. I believe love can evolve rather than fade.
