  22. Recalling.

  23. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In 1969, I saw a teacher of my secondary school driving a Ford Capri GT. I thought I'd buy one when I could afford it.

  24. Recalling.

  30. Recalling.

  31. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I thought Japanese cars were reliable. I bought my colleague's 1978 Toyota Corolla, although it was just a sedan.

  33. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Also in 1979, I bought a Daihatsu Charade just because it was brand new and cheap.
