Act 1
INT. CORRIDOR - MORNING
KAJI is waiting at the closed master bedroom door.
KAJI (V.O.): It isn't early in the morning.
Kaji begins to scratch the floor with his hind legs. After a while, the door opens. Kaji sneaks in.
INT. BEDROOM - CONTINUOUS
Having jumped up onto the bed, Kaji hops to PETER's side to stare at him.
KAJI (V.O.): Hey Peter! Have you forgotten something?
Peter returns his stare at Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's our breakfast time!
Kaji then escorts Peter out of the room.
Act 2
INT. DINING ROOM - LATER
Sitting with Peter at the table, Kaji gets her share of the breakfast.
PETER: Last one.
KAJI (V.O.): Finished.
Then, Peter goes back to the bedroom, and Kaji to the sitting room.
INT. CORRIDOR - LATER
KAJI is waiting at the closed master bedroom door again.
KAJI (V.O.): It's pretty late in the morning. The Pack Leader hasn't waken up yet.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Let me take action to open the door again.
Kaji scratches the floor with his hind legs again. After a while, the door opens.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I know my action works.
INT. BEDROOM - CONTINUOUS
Kaji jumps up onto the bed to lick the PACK LEADER.
KAJI (V.O.): Hey Pack Leader! Wake up! it's breakfast time!
Waking up, the Pack Leader touches Kaji's head.
PACK LEADER: Got it.
Then, Kaji is distracted.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've just heard some noises.
Thinking.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The maid is preparing my meal outside.
Jumping down from the bed, Kaji stares at the closed door.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can even open the door without action. I just use my will power.
Kaji begins focusing on the door.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): After a while, it'll open.
Waiting.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Not opening?
Waiting in earnest.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): There's no great result without great will power. Let me try harder then.
After a while, the door opens. As Kaji goes inside, Peter returns to the bed.
ACT 3
INT. DINING ROOM - LATER
Kaji joins the Pack Leader and the GANG at the dining table. Kaji doesn't look at the food on the table.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Although I can use my will power to draw the food to me, I won't do that.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Such isn't an obedient pet should do.
Thinking.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I use my will power to discipline myself.
As she passes some food to Kaji, the Pack Leader remarks.
PACK LEADER: Good dog!
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's my choice to be good.
FADE OUT.
