  1. FADE IN.

  2. Act 1

  3. DREAM SEQUENCE OF PETER'S MIND TRAVELLING SENSATIONS

  4. A. RAILWAY STATION - DAY

  5. As he walks by a platform. PETER sees a vehicle with a deep-green cockpit approaching.

  6. PETER (V.O.): Is this my flight? Am I just arriving in time? I'd better get on board first.

  7. Getting inside the cockpit, Peter looks ahead.

  8. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, I feel my back attaching to the panel behind me. It's actually taking off very fast.

  9. Pausing.

  10. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I thought I could check out at the next stop if I had boarded the right flight.

  11. SOMEONE in uniform approaches Peter.

  12. SOMEONE: There're just 6 of us in this plane...

  13. Peter nods.

  14. PETER (V.O.): The next stop can be Singapore.

  15. Going out of the cockpit, Peter checks the cabin.

  16. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, it has been sub-divided into small rooms with colourful beds and sofas. There aren't any chairs.

  17. Pausing.

  18. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Where am I travelling to? Travelling opens my mind.

  19. Peter looks very puzzled.

  20. END DREAM SEQUENCE

  21. Act 2

  22. INT. SLEEPING ROOM - DAY

  23. Peter wakes up.

  24. PETER (V.O.): Oh, I was dreaming - a colourful one too.

  25. Recalling.

  26. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Three days ago, I watched a TV documentary about aircraft cabin design.

  27. Recalling.

  28. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Two days ago, I responded to an answer request about travelling post coronavirus, I opined that more rather than less people will travel as they wouldn't know when the next pandemic would stop them from travelling again.

  29. Recalling.

  30. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): One day ago, I responded to another answer request, describing the most disturbing thing I witnessed in an aircraft cabin.

  31. Recalling.

  32. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): And I've been thinking about fixing a X'mas trip. But the news that Hong Kong might only have the COVID-19 vaccine by the 2nd quarter of 2021 means that I can't travel before that.

  33. INT. SITTING ROOM - DAY

  34. Phone in hand, Peter is checking a notification.

  35. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): A Quoran is asking me why she can't dream what she wants to dream.

  36. Thinking.

  37. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): When our ordered consciousness slows down, our random unconscious takes control. We've so many hidden emotions and desires.

  38. Thinking.

  39. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In our dreams, our primal impulses express themselves in full.

  40. Pausing.

  41. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Interpreting such dreamy sensations, I believe the cosmic design is that beings have liberty to imagine or do whatever they like in their dreams.

  42. Pausing.

  43. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): There're some who try to disturb the cosmic design and try to make their weird dreams happen, causing havoc in societies.

  44. Pausing.

  45. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But society needs peace and order.

  46. Act 3

  47. INT. SITTING ROOM - CONTINUOUS

  48. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): We want to dream what we want to dream probably because it should be easier for our dreams come true in our dreams.

  49. Pausing.

  50. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But that would be a kind of escape from reality.

  51. Pausing.

  52. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In waking life, we daydream of the known and achieve the possible.

  53. Pausing.

  54. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): While sleeping, we dream of the unknown, but we don't achieve the impossible.

  55. Researching.

  56. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): For people having a thin boundary between different states of consciousness may let dreamlike content into the consciousness in the waking state. The result is that they might not be able to differentiate dreams from reality.

  57. Pausing.

  58. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): So, instead of aiming to dream of what we want to dream in the unreal context, we'd better do something that would make our dream come true.

  59. Pausing.

  60. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): A good traveller is one who knows not just where to travel, but how to travel well with the mind as it impacts on actions.

  61. Peter begins to type his answer on the phone.

  62. INT. SLEEPING ROOM - NIGHT

  63. Peter lies in bed, listening to music.

  64. PETER (V.O.): It's pretty likely that I'll do my mind travelling again.

  65. Peter sleeps.

  66. FADE OUT.

  67. THE END
