Act 1
INT. LIVING ROOM - 12:00
Before his WIFE leaves home, PETER shows her images of a vacuum cleaner and a dehumidifier.
PETER: They're in my NT home. Do you still want to keep them?
WIFE: I no longer want the vacuum cleaner since it's not user-friendly. However, I believe the dehumidfier is still functional.
PETER: I'm heading back to my NT home to prepare for tomorrow's collection of the analog TVs. I'll dispose of the vacuum cleaner then.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.): I'm glad I consulted my wife. It seems I've got a bit carried away with decluttering.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The analog TVs, produced in the 80s and early 1990s, have become dysfunctional.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've two flat-screen TVs in my NT home, and due to renovations in a unit of our urban home, a further flat-screen TV will also be relocated there.

A wet-haired Peter checks WhatsApp messages.
PETER (V.O): Oh, the contractor from the Environmental Office has reached out. Tomorrow's TV collection is scheduled between 11am and 3pm.
Reading.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I can place the TVs outside my home...If I can do that myself, I might have the estate management office dispose of them.
Reading.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Ensure the cables connected to the TVs are disconnected? I need to double-check that.
Reading.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Make sure the exit routes are clear of any obstacles...
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): The staircases in my NT home have been stacked with files and books for over 10 years.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I'm not sure where can I find space to put them?
INT. PETER'S NT HOME - 17:00
Staircases. Peter drags a box of vacuum cleaner parts down to the G/F.
PETER (V.O): Decluttering creates space for some of the items that are stacked on the staircases.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): To create more spaces for the remaining items on the staircases, I'd move the TVs forward for easy access, allowing me to set aside the items behind them for later disposal.
Dining room, G/F. A NEC flat-screen TV dumped at a corner. Peter moves a Sony Trinitron.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): It was Sharon's favourite.
Sitting room, G/F. Peter moves a Toshiba with surround-sound speakers.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): It was state-of-the-art at the time. Sharon watched it a lot.
Master bedroom, 1/F. Peter moves a National.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): It was my new wife's favourite.
Studio, 1/F. Peter moves a wide-screen Sony.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd ): I bought it for its wide screen. I couldn't wait for the launch of flat-screen TVs.
Penthouse, 2/F, A 1st generation Sharp flat-screen TV is on a desk top. Peter moves a Toshiba Woofer.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I never liked its design, but it was the latest model available in Hong Kong at the time.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I needed one to play karaoke discs to entertain guests, including my colleagues.
Resting on a sofa, Peter rubs his back.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd ): OMG, I'm sweating all over!
Bathroom 1/F. Peter is having a bath.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd ): Years ago, the gas supplier detected a leak and cut off the supply. I've no desire to reconnect, as I can tolerate cold baths.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Although I visit my NT home occasionally, I've only stayed overnight once in the past 10 years - just for a breakfast meeting in Shenzhen.
Act 3
INT. LIVING ROOM - 21:45
Peter inserts an AI drawing titled: "One More Night..." to a draft on his laptop.
PETER (V.O): The TVs are heavy. So do the memories.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): The screens are dark, but the memories play on.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): One more night, then I'll let the TVs go but hold on to the love.
