INT. BEDROOM - MORNING
A wet-haired PETER rejoins his WIFE in bed.
PETER (V.O.): I've swum 1000 meters already - five days in a row.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Last Friday, we went to watch the movie Stand by Me Doraemon 2. Last Saturday, we paid respect to our late Mom. On Sunday, I went with my elder son to sweep our ancestors' graves. Yesterday, we and our younger son watched the film The Father.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Today, Tuesday, is the last day of the Easter holidays.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Before the pandemic, we used to be in Japan during Easter, watching Sakura blossoms.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): What shall we do today?
Act 2

Peter and his wife are watching every act of KAJI, their pet.
WIFE: See if she needs to obey the calls of nature.
PETER: But there's an insistent male DOG wanting to socialize with her.
Kaji jumps onto a bench but the male dog follows suit. Kaji then angrily barks at him.
WIFE: Okay, let's go to D2 Place now. It's pet-friendly.
EXT. D2 PLACE ONE - LATE AFTERNOON
Peter, his wife and Kaji arrive in their car.
PETER: I can see the P sign on the left...but it's full.
WIFE: Drive straight on to D2 Place Two then.
Peter drives slowly and they arrive at the car park entrance on the right.
PETER: It's quite full...
A STAFF comes forward to direct Peter.
STAFF: Park right next to the entrance. Leave your car key.
WIFE: That's very good to us.
PETER: Yes, we drive our pet here for the first time..
INT. D2 PLACE ONE - LATER
Getting off a lift, Kaji climbs up the stairs swiftly.
WIFE: You've never been here.
PETER: She could be following the scent.
EXT. PET SKY GARDEN - CONTINUOUS
Rooftop with pet decors. OWNERS and PETS.
PETER & WIFE: Very nice.
As Kaji is slow to join the party, Peter's wife puts her here and there for photo sessions.
INT. PET-FRIENDLY MALL - CONTINOUS
After some window-shopping, they enter a pet supermarket.
WIFE: All the stuff we'll buy are for her only.
Kaji sniffs the packaged treats and stuff toys.
PETER: It's her day.
Leaving the supermarket with a full bag, they enter a pet-friendly restaurant opposite to it.
WIFE: We need to have a tea break.
PETER: It's specially nice we can have our pet's company.
EXT. MOVING CAR - NIGHT
WIFE: A very enjoyable day! But the holidays are over.
Peter nods. The car radio is playing a rock-and-roll song.
PETER (V.O.): An old Rolling Stones number. I like their hit Ruby Tuesday, a relatively tame song with nice melody and lyrics.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd):I feel pretty tired too. I had better focus on driving. Safety comes first.
Act 3
INT. STUDY - NIGHT
Peter is researching on something.
PETER (V.O.): Ruby symbolises good fortune, pure love and loyalty.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I know Ruby Tuesday the song is about missing a fickle lover. Who's Ruby Tuesday?
Researching.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's just a ficititious name.
INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT
Peter switches off the light.
PETER(V.O.): Today, we did have a real Ruby Tuesday. We catch our dreams before they slip away.
FADE OUT.
