  1. FADE IN

  2. Act 1

  3. INT. LIVING ROOM - 09:00

  4. Mobile in hand, PETER is mouthing some Korean words and phrases to the Duolingo App.

  5. PETER (V.O): I believe I've better mental sharpness in the morning.

  6. Practising.

  7. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): The stock trading during weekdays distracts my focus, as I've to strategize and act timely.

  8. Pausing.

  9. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Our maid is on leave today. I haven't had breakfast, and so is Kaji.

  10. Taking a look of the family pet, Peter gets two bananas and shares them with her.

  11. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Kaji is content with the near substitute.

  12. Peter resumes practising Korean.

  13. Act 2

  14. INT. LIVING ROOM - 12:15

  15. Peter is still practising Korean as his WIFE is about to go out.

  16. PETER: Where are you going?

  17. WIFE: I'm going to the Post Office. I'll buy takeaway. What do you like to have?

  18. Peter puts aside his mobile.

  19. PETER: Let me keep you company!

  20. PETER (V.O): This is more important than learning Korean.

  21. INT. POST OFFICE - 12:30

  22. Counter. Peter's wife is getting her stamps from a STAFF.

  23. PETER (V.O): In my primary school years, I loved stamp collecting.

  24. Recalling.

  25. PETER (V.O(Cont'd): As no one posted me any letters, I could only collect stamps by buying them.

  26. Recalling.

  27. PETER (V.O)(Cont'd): And I'd skip breakfast to save a coin to buy used stamps from a stationery store near my school.

  28. PETER: What takeaway should we buy?

  29. WIFE: Since you're with me, we just eat out. I've two restaurants in mind...

  30. PETER: Let's go to the one that we needn't wait.

  31. INT. RESTAURANT, APM - 13:00

  32. Peter and his wife are having some Taiwanese dishes and drinks.

  33. WIFE: The past fortnight has come and gone very quickly.

  34. PETER: It's because our elder daughter was home.

  35. They look at each other.

  36. INT. LIVING ROOM - 15:00

  37. In the course of filling out a tax form, Peter talks to his wife who is working on her laptop.

  38. PETER: Can you help me with the calculations? I used to waste a lot of time doing them.

  39. WIEE: Sure.

  40. PETER: You're a lifesaver, Darling!

  41. Later, Peter looks relieved as he puts stamps on a green envelope.

  42. WIFE: Let's explore the new Airside mall with our pet and have dinner there!

  43. EXT. TERRACE, AIRSIDE, KAI TAK - 20:30

  44. Rainy. Peter's wife helps Kaji put on an orange raincoat.

  45. PETER: Beautiful! Ah! That's the reason why we go out into the rain!

  46. Peter's wife smiles.

  47. PETER (Cont'd): Our pet is actually afraid of gloomy weather...

  48. WIFE: Ha1 Ha! But we're here now!

  49. After doing a few wet-dog shakes, Kaji explores the very wet floor.

  50. PETER (V.O): This should be better than staying home.

  51. Act 3

  52. INT. LIVING ROOM - 23:00

  53. Peter inserts an AI drawing entitled "Saturday Enchantments ..." to a draft.

  54. PETER (V.O): For us, this Saturday's rhythms are same and different - like enchantments.

  55. Thinking.

  56. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Same - as what we've done aren't unfamiliar to us, and we subconsciously like the continuity and contentment.

  57. Reflecting.

  58. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Different - as we've paid attention to the small, overlooked details and moments that comprise our life and partnership.

  59. FADE OUT

  60. THE END
