PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As a panelist, I'm going to talk about the challenges and opportunities of the creative industry in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd):I won't miss the opportunity to champion IP trading. But would it be too remote for the audience?

Typing on screen and getting an answer, Peter studies it.

We hear oldies.
PETER (V.O.): The internet radio narrowcasts many songs of the Beatles each day. The authors of oldies are still receiving good royalties.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Entertaining others with original works can be rewarding.
Peter takes a look of "The Beatles" products near him
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): With a big "B" and a dropped "T" focusing on "Beat", the typographical design of the logo has eye-appeal.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Consumers buy aesthetics rather than functionality of products.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): On cultural tourism, I think Hong Kong has good stories to tell too.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): If the creative people in the music and film sectors would act as guides, tourists should be excited and delighted to join.
Opening a pile of letters, Peter checks them.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, the deadline date for the subscription of rights issue of a company is today!
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Focusing on creating stuff including AI drawings, I haven't opened stock letters from banks for weeks.

Sunny. Peter is swimming
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I won't be able to swim tonight.
INT. HEYA, THE ONE - 17:00
On stage, Peter is seated among other PANELISTS.
PETER (V.O.): I haven't spoken as a panelist like this for years.
PANELIST#1 is speaking.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I think the opportunity should be given to the young and bright.
PANELIST#2 is speaking.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'd recognize the market demand of GBA first. Capitalizaton isn't supply-driven.
As Peter speaks, we hear: identify...recognize...capitalize...IP trading...
PETER (V.O.): In closing, I'd call upon Govt to support on the policy front, the Association to set the trend and everybody to be creative.
Later, while chatting with FRIENDS, a bottled soup is served.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Chatting with old friends is like having soup for the soul.

EXT. ROAD - 21:15
Peter walks towards a bus stop.
PETER (V.O.): Making an effort to create something daily is important.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's how change occurs. It can be uplifting and transformative.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Delivering value to all is what keeps me going.
