On TV , we see a video clip of a man holding a broken window frame so that it won't fall.

On TV, we see people trying to surf on waves without success.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I witnessed learner-surfers occupying the whole of the Big Wave Bay even on a windy day. As they didn't heed the advice to leave, I wouldn't swim in an unsafe surrounding.
On TV, we see and hear reporters remarking on other sights.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Their remarks mimic the lyrics of the song "Beneath the Lion Rock".
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): The "Lion Rock" spirit is about Hongkongers' enduring capacity to adapt to adversities.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): What happened beneath the Lion Rock was quite familiar to my wife, but not to me.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Before 1960, my family lived on Hong Kong island. Since 1960, we lived in Hung Shui Kiu. But practising the art of life is the same.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Although we can't control what happens to us, we can strive to turn what happens to us to help us thrive.
