Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): They're short-term loss or gain that won't have any long-term financial effect.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd):In about two months, I've built my investment stocks portfolio.

Act 2

Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Here, the ripples are man-made.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Pool water is relatively clear than sea water. If I lost something in a pool, I can find it.

PETER: Not at all.

Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): During the meeting, my chambers' secretary called me, advising a brief that I've just got.
