"I wish I could live to 133 years." I said to my family doctor solemnly and explained my rationale. He pondered and then remarked: "Adding life to years should be better." Having digested the message, I maintained: "I want to add years to life as well as life to years!"
The challenge upon everyone who shares my value is not just to talk the talk, but to walk the walk. One has to be very healthy - not just reasonably healthy - to live beyond 100 years, and I believe eating less and exercising more should be one's discipline. As to how to add life to years, I believe the mindset and actions to capture, create and deliver value should be the key.
To make my wishes come true, I have to act timely in the right directions. I only eat about 80% full, trying not to burden my digestive system, beside swimming, running and jumping regularly. I lead a creative lifestyle by capturing original photos and videos, creating texts (such as blog posts and travel reviews), pop-folk songs and scenic music-videos, and delivering them to the public via my websites and other social networks.
A year ago, I thought of composing a meaningful song to celebrate any new year. At first I did not make it, but when I remembered the significant messages learned and tried again, the melody and the lyrics of "Very Good Wishes!" came naturally. I believe listening to the song, and singing it if you like, should make one feel young and fresh as the year!
