INT. STUDY - 22:30
PETER appears, bringing in a hamper.
PETER (V.O.): A business friend has been very kind to me, sending me hampers during festive times.
Quickly, Peter works behind his computer.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Another arbitration centre staff came back to me after 7pm, waiting for my reply. This is Hong Kong.
Peter accepts all the track changes of a file.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I was at a dinner party. Apart from the good food, I had great company.
Peter exports the file in the pdf format.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): After the party, I went back to my chambers to collect the hamper before taking the MTR home.
After filling in his signature, Peter saves the file and then inserts it in a mail.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Done!
Act 2
INT. STUDY - CONTINUOUS
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): What else have I done today?
FLASHBACK
EXT/INT ROADS/CAR PARKS - 09:15 - 13:00
Congestion at cross-harbour tunnel. Peter's Mercedes isn't moving.
PETER (V.O.): My wife likes to drive to work. Occasionally, I drive her, like today. Hong Kong's public transport isn't bad at all.
Later, Peter's WIFE gets off.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'll change cars at my old Hong Kong home car park before going to the beaches.
Car park. Peter cleans the mouldy leather seats of his Eunos 30X.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It hasn't had any sunshine for weeks.
With the sunroof and the door windows open, Peter drives his silver coupe towards Shek O.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): An indicator light in the dashboard is flashing faster than usual, there must be something wrong with the light bulbs.
Finding no vacant parking lots in Shek O, Peter continues to drive to Big Wave Bay.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Parking shouldn't be a problem there.
Having parked, Peter walks towards the beach and sees lots of surfers there.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, how can I swim safely?
We hear an announcement requesting people not to surf in the swimming area.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): No surfer is listening. I can understand that, as they seize the opportunity to learn.
Peter lies on the beach, letting the waves crashing him.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Quite an experience...
Alerting.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, I mustn't let my ears filled with sand.
Peter protects his ears with his hands.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't want any bad times.
Later, Peter checks an email.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, the arbitration centre Secretariat has come back to me on one case. I'd better go home to complete the job quick.
Estate car park. Unscrewing the cover of an indicator lamp, Peter takes out a burnt light bulb.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can't wait to find out the problem so that I can fix it.
SEQUENCE OF PETER'S OTHER ACTIVIITIES 13:00-18:30
A. Study. Peter works behind his computer.
B. Restaurant. Peter is enjoying clams and escargots.
C Peter is taking the MTR, responding the Quora answer requests at the same time.
D. Business school. HKUST. Peter is attending a meeting.
E. Walking, Peter chats with a PROFESSOR.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I was investing whether humanoids are capable of knowing love. The expert's reply wasn't that encouraging.
Act 3
INT. STUDY - 23:55
PETER (V.O.): In Hong Kong, I can leave the concrete jungle and go to the beaches in 30-45 minutes.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can do more than one professional task in a day.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can enjoy delicious food in any restaurants.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can volunteer my service and engage smart people. And some would express their appreciation in tangible forms.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In Hong Kong, I've the best of times.
