Kaji: Laying My Head

FADE IN.

Act 1

INT. DINING ROOM - 8.20am

Sitting next to PETER, KAJI is sharing Peter's breakfast.

KAJI (V.O.): Delicious stuff...

PETER: Last one.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): OK, I can see there's no more.

Exits Peter.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't see my maid. I'll wait for the Pack Leader to serve me brunch.

Exits Kaji.

Act 2

INT. CORRIDOR - Before 10.00am

Seeing a closed bed-room door, Kaji waits near it.

KAJI (V.O.): It's about time that I'd be served. But no one is around.

Kaji begins to scratch the floor.

KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): I need to get Peter's attention.

Kaji then scratches the bed-room door.

KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): I want to come in...

As the door opens, Kaji sees Peter returning to bed,

INT. BED ROOM - CONTINUOUS

After jumping up onto the bed, Kaji rests her head on the Pack Leader's leg.

KAJI (V.O.): I know that the Pack Leader will be feeding me.

Recalling.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The sun was about to come up when she went to bed. She should sleep more.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Laying my head on her leg is good enough.

Thinking.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Although I'm a little fat, my head can't be as heavy as Peter's.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter likes to rest his head at my back. He's very affectionate and is very attached to me.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Despite many commands I've to meet before eating, I'm also very affectionate towards the Pack Leader and the gang.

Kaji adjusts her head position a little.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The Pack Leader should know that I'm by her side, lovingly.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): And I can get some sleep while waiting as well.

Later, Kaji hears an clock alarm ringing.

KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): Ringings mean little. The Pack Leader isn't responsive to them.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'll just keep on waiting.

ACT 3

INT. BED ROOM - LATER

While Peter' stops the clock alarm, Kaji and the Pack Leader don't move at all. Kaji winks her eyes a little.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I daren't dominate the pack leader.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I just want her to feel that she's safe and we're in this sleeping game together.

Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Actually, I want to make her heart melt.
